On the 4th of August 2008, at Saratoga Springs in New York, six new names will be added to distinguished list of people and horses who have made it into the National Museum of Racing Hall of Fame. Now, after seventeen years of absence from the world of New York harness racing, it has been announced that the awards will be returned.
